Dark Raichu Misprint? I think not!

Well, I'm sure Troy is probably sick of me rambling on about this, but it really interests me!
Okay, the Dark Raichu is a card from the Rocket expansion, and it looks like this-

This card is also found in the Legendary collection, and the Japanese Neo 2 set, but today I'm only focusing on the English Rocket one, as the others are ofcourse not the same.

Mmkay, here's the stats.

Rarity: Rare - Holo (Some people consider it as Ultra Rare, but Rare will do.)

Well, incase you missed it, it's actually card 83 out of 82. This was first thought of as a misprint, and many rumours quickly flooded about, like "There are only three in the WORLD!" and all that what-not. Immediately, Wizards got to work spreading the news that this was not true, and many things were said. Of course, it took time for the message to get across, and many people still didn't know what to believe, or had never even seen a Pokémon Card, because they were lifeless retards.
Still to this day, this card gets advertised and sold - On places like eBay, etc - as a "Rare Misprint" but this is a misconception. It is in fact, though, the first "Ultra Rare" card to be released in the English expansions, and what a ride it's been.
If you look through Rocket Checklists, you will see that it will have Dark Raichu on there, standing at Number 83 where it belongs, further proving that being a misprint is not the case. The error is infact in the list standings, stating that there are only 82 cards in the deck, when it should have been 83. But 82 was printed on every card, so it was still considered a pretty rare card in the deck. What do I think? Well, for starters they majorly stuffed up there!
But! There is one other error on the card! Yes, how very special... At the top (You can see this clearly in the picture) that is says "Put Raichu on the Basic Pokémon" when it SHOULD say "Put Dark Raichu on the Basic Pokémon". But yeah, that's not as exciting, but it's still an error.

So there you go. It's not a Rare Misprint after all, but still a Rare card at that.

Personally, I think it's by far one of the best looking cards, as I believe the colour contrast looks awesome, and Raichu is kickass in general. As for a battle card, ehh, it's okay, but only has 70 HP, which isn't a lot for an evolution that can't grow further. But that's why we have Trainer Cards, eh?
But I just love this card. It's definately one for the collection.

Well, enough of my ramblings on this card for now. I'm still pissed off that I had to type this one up AGAIN after some technical difficulties ...Grrr...

And, uhh, yeah.
I'm off to learn EVEN more about my cards! YAY!!! Hehe!!

Like you said, it isn't much of a fighter, as it only has one attack, which does a measly 30 points of damage.. still, it is pretty kickass. Keep it for a few years. It will probably go up in value.

I don't care about it's value! It's fucking kickass in general!!!!

You will soon learn that Value is everything...
I'm keeping all my Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards in my folder to keep them in tack you see, because in about ten years, alot of those cards will be unheard of and worth ALOT.
Pokemon cards are no different, particularly a card like Dark Raichu.

But why should I care about money when I have a friend like you?
